they were always ontop of their game during service while also joking with us when we were at the bar seeing our relatives that live in town that came to visit

ended up coming early into the city, called ahead, they let us do an early check in with no charge

arrived early to the hotel due to family funeral

i greatly appreciated their professionalism but also their understanding & willing to accommodate early check in without any fuss

the pool and hot tub the room superb.

got off the elevator & there were a group of kids smoking

is 4 pm which was very later, when i arrived i didn t feel well and asked for an early check in but i couldn t get despite of asking for many times

things like coffee and tea in the room. better wifi without paying for premium.

signage in hotel could be improved---had some wifi login issues---but rest of experience was very good

wifi was absolutely terrible

the mini bar was restocked fairly promptly

was thankful and glad that the staff accomodated me and my girlfriend to allow us an early check in

the room and the amenities themselves were all very much appreciated and in good form except the pool

wife and i arrived into detroit a few hours early for a detroit tiger game and aloft staff was more than accommodating to grant us a early

a bar charge was added to my bill that was not mine.

lovely lounge bar and great finger food

they did give me a early check in which was great

was amazing, including the coffee lady, the front desk staff, and the bar staff

the candy bar lounge inside the hotel is a must see too

the location was perfect and the candy bar and ash bar were great
