vanity sink drainage was a bit stopped up in the room and there wasn’t decaf coffee in the breakfast area

continental breakfast was a little uncomfortable because there is no tables. but all good.

breakfast was not a full spread out of regular breakfast sides

everyone we met with the staff was cheerful and extremely helpful even allowed us to do it early check in but about two hours

they allowed us to early check in due to rain

desk clerk upon arriving was incredibly rude as we had called for an early check in

the location was excellent. the rooms were extremely clean and the breakfast was great.

an early check in at 10 am didn't get a room until 2:30

we got an email from the property that we could call about an early check in if there was a room available

staff called me as soon as they had a room available for early check in which was greatly appreciated

pool not too deep 5ft all my kids could swim and touch which was a load off my mind

with having to check out at 11 then back in at 3 if they couldn't cope with a 12 minute early arrival so i went somewhere else where i was greeted 3 hours to early and offered early check

staff was pleasant but i arrived 12 minutes early and was told by someone who may have worked there to just left the phone

the early check in was a blessing truly thankful.

well i responded asking if possible early check in and asking again about a birthday surprise but again no reply back

pricey and room service for breakfast starts a little later than i am used to having breakfast

everything was really nice bartender at the pool was awesome

full size beds for 4 people is a little rough - even for a family with 2 kids

accommodated us for early check in, location, parking availability, reasonable price

so close to the water! very clean, lounge, pool, and breakfast were all available!

breakfast was exceptional and minerva room cleaning lady was exceptional.

amenities are great, and the breakfast is very delicious

you cannot beat the view. the breakfast is also killer!

i came from out of town and i had called the hotel to see if early check in was available so i could freshen up before an event and the receptionist kept giving

pool was closed, bbqs didn't work (and we had already bought food), one of the two elevators didn't

use a little more tables at breakfast and have them more out of the way of the path and some apple juice

we didnt take advantage of the amenitites like the pool or gym but we definitely will next stay

don’t offer a late check out, and next time i’ll do top floor due to hearing lots of running kids above me but other than that great

and only 7 people in the pool at a time wasn’t the hotels fault due to the pandemic our world is facing but most families
