an early check in at 10 am didn't get a room until 2:30

we got an email from the property that we could call about an early check in if there was a room available

staff called me as soon as they had a room available for early check in which was greatly appreciated

i came from out of town and i had called the hotel to see if early check in was available so i could freshen up before an event and the receptionist kept giving

should be some kind of discount considering not all areas are open and restaurant and bar services are

check in, early check in, no nosy staff watching and snooping on you like other hotels, right by beach, will

with having to check out at 11 then back in at 3 if they couldn't cope with a 12 minute early arrival so i went somewhere else where i was greeted 3 hours to early and offered early check

staff was pleasant but i arrived 12 minutes early and was told by someone who may have worked there to just left the phone

we sat at the bar by the pool to have some drinks, and the bartender alex gave great customer service

loved it! great location, relaxing, pool and deck were awesome!

the bar had the root sports sw channel but no one could tell us how to access it in our room or who the

accommodated us for early check in, location, parking availability, reasonable price

the breakfast buffet was amazing! we valued having laundry facilities in the hotel.

a pool side bar would be great in the summertime or while the weather is still warm.
