they were always ontop of their game during service while also joking with us when we were at the bar seeing our relatives that live in town that came to visit

i greatly appreciated their professionalism but also their understanding & willing to accommodate early check in without any fuss

ended up coming early into the city, called ahead, they let us do an early check in with no charge

was thankful and glad that the staff accomodated me and my girlfriend to allow us an early check in

it was nice and clean and had a laundry area to wash clothes at.

i liked the gym i can work out in and the beds where feeling real good

was on the 1st floor so the people over me were loud and kids were jumping and running most of the night

couples in hall ways with their kids arguing left to right

is 4 pm which was very later, when i arrived i didn t feel well and asked for an early check in but i couldn t get despite of asking for many times

room service was phenomenal and walking distances to everything downtown

signage in hotel could be improved---had some wifi login issues---but rest of experience was very good

from the valet, front desk, concierge, to room service

tv. early check in. optional breakfast.

however, i had requested late check out, and she had not bothered to look before calling my room

rooms were clean. family orientated. very peaceful. late check out times.

breakfast staff was excellent food was very hot and good

the room was spacious & clean and breakfast was a great value

the room and the amenities themselves were all very much appreciated and in good form except the pool

nothing never got the room got to hotel it was a issue and i did a early check in

polite ,it felt comfortable taking all kids

complaint is the pool area is a little small, and it was too cold for me, but the kids loved it

wasn't cooked well (watery eggs, boiled sausage) must have been a room full of little kids above us because we could hear them running and bonking around

breakfast needs a little more variety for hot food

the candy bar lounge inside the hotel is a must see too
