the indoor pool was easily accessed with restrooms nearby

hallways smelled like pot underaged kids being dropped off without parent supervision bedding was dingy stained as well as the towels

left before breakfast so not sure how that

breakfast could have been much better as it was limited to bread, cereal, biscuits and gravy and

drinks for happy hour. good breakfast. early check in to clean up for a funeral. great staff!!

kids liked the popcorn and soda ! was quiet on the 3rd floor.

elevator smelt like dogs, the laundry for guest was on the 4th floor and the gym was on the 3rd floor

pool noise but if i would have had my kids we would have been at drury inn so it was fine

a map of the the motel so it did take me a minute to find the ice machine that was located in the laundry room, but not a huge deal

we wanted to enjoy the hot tub but it was dirty and packed full of kids

complimentary drinks for adults and kids. was nice after long day at the zoo!

desk staff & kitchen staff were very pleasant and willing to assist. they were excellent!

i liked the bar onsite. i loved the access to the outside through the balcony.

the king room was not sufficient for 2 adults and 2 kids

we needed more pillows and the staff had no key for housekeeping so one of our kids didn't have a pillow

experience, they refused us for early check in one hour before time and we left then our car got broken into and our bags stolen

also i felt that for a friday night especially, the pool closed too early

the staff was truly helpful , the breakfast was fabulous

concierge lounge was a nice perk for breakfast and a light dinner.
