outside pool, room view, breakfast, very clean, free parking, spa free upgrade room with river view fresh port wine as welcome

would recommend a rental car, parking in the city was ok and cheaper than we expected; please note that we visited porto off

across from the train station, so good for an early or late train

room service food was poor quality - we had the burger which was not enjoyable

also very clean and both the bar food we had for dinner and the breakfast were very good

as we didn t have breakfast included in our stay, the only way to order coffee was from the room service menu which wasn t available till 11am which wasn t ideal

the gym outside is a good addition

arrival, breakfast has very limited hot options, no iron/ironing board -being told to use their laundry service

the bar was reasonably priced and very friendly staff

desk and a guy with very poor english said they ran out of towels and they were waiting for the laundry, then he wrote my room number on his hand

there is a self service laundry within 50m of hotel

they could help us out with a really early check in (10 o'clock), which was a big help for us

the breakfast and dinner were good, and the staff were working at all times

very outdated no wifi in rooms carpet was stained and old the hotel needs a major renovation
