location was perfect and my kids enjoyed the pool while me and my husband enjoyed the pool bar

i really liked the coin laundry which came in handy during our stay

i came in with my kids and we had a wonderful time

there were some on property choices for a simple grab and go breakfast

the pool walkway and parking lot was very dark couldn't see kids

the lakes across the roadway had great walking trails and an excellent play area for kids

but not heated and that keeps the older folks out but the kids could stand the cold water

the indoor pool and the indoor hottub was awesome since it was too cold for outdoors

and with 2 little kids i would have liked to have had the room swept or vacuumed at least once during the stay

also the kitchenette was very nice to have in the room

hotel room had a mini kitchen, plates, utensils and a large fridge

location was ok and they allowed us late checkout and early check in

i realize they were kids and excited so i didn't bother the desk but my 4 hours of sleep was

i know early check in is not always possible, but they helped us get into a room very fast

sterile atmosphere, the outside beach bar closes mostly at 8, at least when we were there, gym is outdated and not very well maintained, i have been in countless 4 star places in the us,

no microwaves in the room to warm leftovers from the restaurant or food for the kids
