early check in close to everything

i loved the fact that its a laundry room (very clean) and i took advantage of that as well

the staff seemed clueless and a child working in the laundry room

a room and once we arrived the guy from the phone call i spoke to guaranteed a early check in but when we arrived a lady told me there was nothing and i couldn’t check in early

was allow early check in, check in smoothly in a timely manner, staff very pleasant, room very nice, beds

not a place for kids or family

toilet paper is on wall in front of toilet would be hard for little kids to grab while on the toilet

location was very convenient. staff was very accommodating to allow us an early check in.

best western also has a fitness center and a beautiful swimming pool and a business center

i had to nip pick anything the complimentary breakfast was okay but to me the hot options were cold to me

the accommodations were nice and very clean. staff was very courteous. the breakfast was great.

they had a good breakfast selections and they had fresh coffee 24 hours so my husband definitely enjoyed that

bed was extremely comfortable, room was clean, staff was great, i needed a early check in and late check out and they were very accommodating

need to take care more about the swimming pool someone pooped in there and nobody clean it

room had bed bugs, shady people around 24/7, dead roaches visible in the window of tge 3rd floor laundry room, house keeping never replaced the soap or towels in a 5 day stay, tv remote control

of the bathroom door in 205 the housekeeper did not turn it into lost and found put it in the laundry and it was never found and this would have not have happened if i hadn't had to switch

the laundry room was outdated and took 3 times to dry my clothes

the smell of pot as you walked to the laundry room, which was about 20 degrees warmer than the outside temperature

we were wanting to check in early and the front desk was no help in even seeing if a room was available although we were coming

the pool area was dirty the metal grab bar on the stairs was dangerously broken, it’s an indoor pool with a layer of dirt floating on

i loved the indoor swimming pool and the cleanliness of the room.

loved the heated indoor pool as well as the lounge area

the attached restaurant burger theory. bar service is slow and ignored us.

they allowed me an early check in when my friend wound up in the er unexpectedly

i used the fitness room a few times and was glad that it was there

i did not use kitchen area either except a coffee cup
