i like the space and that it had a kitchen and everything in it

i loved the fact that its a laundry room (very clean) and i took advantage of that as well

after getting back to check in about three hours later, we did not have the proper line for the pullout couch when going back to the desk to ask for

were in town briefly for a funeral, we booked two nights knowing we would require early check in tuesday and a place to crash for a few hours before we left

room had bed bugs, shady people around 24/7, dead roaches visible in the window of tge 3rd floor laundry room, house keeping never replaced the soap or towels in a 5 day stay, tv remote control

staff very friendly the laundry lady i call her ms south carolina she's always gets the job done the cleaning are very good

of the bathroom door in 205 the housekeeper did not turn it into lost and found put it in the laundry and it was never found and this would have not have happened if i hadn't had to switch

the laundry room was outdated and took 3 times to dry my clothes

i was granted early check in without hassle.

first smelled of cigarette smoke--even though ads said completely non smoking hotel couldn't use pool and was not
