hotel is next to new hanover hospital, they allowed us early check in so i could sleep off the anesthesia

we first arrived the other girl up front was very rude and did not even try to accommodate an early check in

very accommodating! work with us on early check in.

beds are comfy, hot breakfast bar is a nice perk, and the pool area is lovely

i like everything about this hotel the even have a bar now

strange smell in hall by laundry room. entry needed to be swept.

easy to-use laundromat in the adjacent hotel that you have access to as well as a gym and complimentary toiletries

the staff was very accommodating when we requested early check in and helped us with booking the best room

like the cleanest location oceanfront view wonderful and the staff was really nice and the tiki bar

pool was under our room, the fitness room was closed and for the price there should have been breakfast

enjoyed the indoor pool and sitting on balcony watching ocean

when i was there, there might have been a bit too much chlorine in indoor pool

accommodating with early check in

they no longer have room service at this location.

the amenities: pools, hot tub and gym were easy to access and clean

loved the indoor parking, fast elevators and very comfortable beds

the wifi connection was so weak
