there was a management lady who answered guest services call and she helped assist with early check in and any needs she had outstanding customer service that made me feel at home and

excelent customer and room service. relaxing areas and all areas are very clean.

the location was great and the pool area with hot tub was a bonus. loved the laundry room :)

i spoke to david early in the day and he put me on an early check in list and we were able to get into our room

was charged $20 extra for early check in for first room; while our second room was given to us 2 hours after regular check in
