allowed us to do an early check in after our 6am flight was cancelled

the pool/sauna area is a bit isolated and unsafe at night

shuttle to airport was awesome

think the only thing i didn't like was the fact that the you guys didn't offer any kind of free breakfast, even continental would have been good, other than that, it was all good

traveling whit my kids for two nights and no microwave and fridge

from the reception it smells very bad with a lot of smoke, unsafe for any family with kids

so my kids missed out on schooling because of it

uncarpeted no early check in, kind of sour man from india or pakistan on desk

laundry, parking, dining locations are convenient and meet my needs

the front desk was great. we needed early check in and she made it happen and was very friendly.

room was very clean. friendly staff and delicious breakfast with great hostess

however, there are no discounts available for the restaurants, lounges, pool and fitness centers in some states, all closed due to covid-19

if u have to be at work before 8am u don't get breakfast or.the pool or the fitness room.
