we were easily accommodated for early check in & greeted with exceptional customer service

only thing is one of the ladies at the bar started to get snappy with people when a big rush came in & she was by herself

hotel held my bags while i enjoyed time at the pool while waiting for my room

that the laundromat was on, we were placed in a room away from the highway at our request and an early check in as well

maybe a ball hsf8 or kids playing until midnight

smell of room. dont know if its the laundry detergent of bed sheets or what. but has weird smell

my kids loved how it was an indoor and outdoor pool all in one

the staff were very nice about early check in and holding our food while our room wasnt

room for 2 whole hours on top of having to wait 8 hrs to check in after i was told i could pay an early check in fee

even assisted us with parking a 2nd car we brought

have stay at a nicer motel further away for the same price but i would have fought traffic taxis parking fees

parking spaces were a little tight. but manageable.

we were accommodated with early check in due to our home being fumigated

well the pool and the exercise room wasn't in order but they did have gym guest passes

gym facilities are sufficient.

lawn was over grown in horrible shape, the pool wasnt available for 3 days of my stay, the guest laundry was unavailable and broke down
