i was granted early check in and the room was beyond my expectations

the fact that they do not have breakfast included at a holiday inn express seems unusual:(

were very happy both our requests were accommodated - early check in, and a river view

clean front desk accommodated our early check in time everything was seamless including

we asked for early check in and she worked so hard to make it happen

i enjoyed the breakfast and well equipped full service gym attached to the hotel

fault at all, was how parents of some of the sports teams that where staying there let there kids run around the whole place and play around with the coffee bar

we booked this particular hotel as it had laundry facilities so were disappointed when the dryer broke down mid use

pool & early check in as i arrived at 1:40pm plus the suite was amazing - very clean - decor very stylish

the pool was too small so that it was crowded with too many guests.

they sat in the hall, talking extremely loudly, letting their kids (8-10 yr olds) run around the halls, the stairs and use the elevator
