i called ahead of time to possibly get a early check in

something was wrong with the pool

loved that the room had a kitchen with a stove, full sized fridge and microwave

breakfast was good with muffins and granola bars coffee was fresh…

didn’t eat breakfast

the bed was really comfortable and they allowed an early check in

we missed the pool

the indoor pool was a nice add on for my 10 year old

did not get breakfast left everyday at 5 am

they had an indoor pool, but it was hot in there

my reservation needed to be for early check in and they were very helpful

pool was advertised and that is the reason we selected this property and drove two extra hours to

the pool is green so don t even think about enjoying yourself

there was an overwhelming stench that reminded me of a 14 year old boys laundry hamper and my window would not open

requested an hour early check in and called beforehand to confirm this

my son was having eye surgery, and we needed an early check in

wifi wasn t working the night we were there and we had to call in to confirm breakfast was

freezing cold indoor pool, wifi didn't work, jets in the hot tub weren't working properly, & the business center computer was

trouble getting wifi with iphone. tv different in room from lobby

was great staff bent over backwards for my super early check in bed was amazing shower was nuclear

if i was picky maybe pancakes for breakfast. but not bad all the way around!

the outdoor pool hadn't opened for the season, but the check in staff called the hotel next door and got

very clean and had everything we needed. beds were very comfortable. breakfast was amazing.

laundry was very helpful there was social hour in the evening on monday gave us free food

also, there is a laundry basket available in the room, and we get free laundry services, which is very convenient

the room is big and quiet with a nice kitchen

even gaming a room available for early check in - very clean - wonderful staff

loved it just should have let me no about the pool i had messaged y’all and ask did they have one y’all yes not it don’t

wifi is non-existent - completely useless!

our room was right under the bar and the sound of chairs moving was very loud.

no access to the bar on the roof no pool allow other vehicles to park

we went to the rooftop bar one evening and it was obviously popular, but also very fun

beautiful design and decorations. the bar on top was amazing.

waiting for 2 hours for a lyft ride i ended up arriving early at the hotel from the airport

room was comfy the laundry super usefull the people at the front desk was perfects good location and a quiet

the washer and dryer didn't work and we had to take our clothes to a laundry mat

also no coffee and no laundry
