my reservation needed to be for early check in and they were very helpful

pool was advertised and that is the reason we selected this property and drove two extra hours to

the wifi was horrible. i wasn't able to use it the entire time

night parking was a little full and there isn t many handicap spot but the staff made sure i got up

excellent breakfast. clean room. friendly and capable staff at front desk and breakfast person.

i called ahead of time to possibly get a early check in

the pool wasn't open ***inserts sad

the layout was perfect the staff was amazing it had an laundry facility which i loved

dirty laundry under the bed

breakfast was good with muffins and granola bars coffee was fresh…

there was an overwhelming stench that reminded me of a 14 year old boys laundry hamper and my window would not open

was great staff bent over backwards for my super early check in bed was amazing shower was nuclear

pool looked great but we didn't have time to swim

we went to the rooftop bar one evening and it was obviously popular, but also very fun

our room was right under the bar and the sound of chairs moving was very loud.

believe one of the front desk managers, african american lady grated us an early check in

location, cleanliness, on site bar and rail stop directly in front

waiting for 2 hours for a lyft ride i ended up arriving early at the hotel from the airport

room was comfy the laundry super usefull the people at the front desk was perfects good location and a quiet

laundry room great, staff very helpful

they had a laundry room that didn’t even work, the ice machine didn’t work nor did the drink

laundry facility across the road to do our washing, clean facilities and accessible by public

accommodated my request for an early check in, gave excellent restaurant recommendations and were extremely nice

the pool with artificial grass on the 8th floor was a neat feature

i loved how it had a gym, on site parking and a restaurant which was pretty good

enjoyed the bar and proximity to our favorite areas and restaurants.

gym has a good variety of equipment and was clean

included and nadia on the front desk was excellent - friendly and helpful with transport, early check in, explanation of facilities etc

the girl at the counter was also very nice and understanding and graciously granted us a late check out

drinks at the bar a little pricey

i loved how the seating areas were, games, bar etc

enjoyed the pinball and bar in the lobby

i was travelling and was very early the team did their best to accommodate me to an early check in, lucky it wasn't high season

parking situation, it is a pandemic unfortunately but ,as it was announced about the gym,and food it should mention that the hotel garage is closed

we arrived before check in time and because we had such an early flight from texas, when a room became available she let us have early check in
