excellent breakfast

one thing i would suggest is for parents with kids ages 0-3 if there was away to have maybe a sleeping area for those small kids

able to throw a load of laundry in, travel with my animals during our move from michigan to teneessse and close to

location was super and the gentleman i spoke with over the phone to inquire about early check in was very nice

could not use the pool

got an awesome suite with king bed, living room and full kitchenette

safe area, clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast and clean pool

would have brought my swim suit if i had known in advance we had access to indoor pool next door though

my son was having eye surgery, and we needed an early check in

requested an hour early check in and called beforehand to confirm this

the location was okay but the grounds are unkept full of litter and parking space paint is failed

security at night to keep homeless from hanging around parking lot

the whole point of me booking the room was for my kids to swim an then have breakfast the next morning

was great staff bent over backwards for my super early check in bed was amazing shower was nuclear

when we arrived, the pool and hotel are under renovation, which will be great when it's done

breakfast was ok. we like to buy breakfast food to have in the room.

thing that stood out was the lighting in and around the parking area on sides of hotel

one of the best places we stayed. plenty of truck parking too.

free laundry facilities are an added bonus

also, there is a laundry basket available in the room, and we get free laundry services, which is very convenient

the room is big and quiet with a nice kitchen

having complementary laundry facilities was very convenient

even gaming a room available for early check in - very clean - wonderful staff

only thing was the pool was closed but my stay was great

loved it just should have let me no about the pool i had messaged y’all and ask did they have one y’all yes not it don’t

no swimming pool and fitness center not operating but we didn’t plan to utilize either

to pay for early check in and bring my dog… i stay at this hotel 4xs a year bc it’s accommodating and

staff friendly, was allowed an early check in
