hotel staff were very accommodating with early check in and late check out

hotel is really clean, staff really helpful and polite and the kids really enjoy the swimming pool

always went the extra mile to help out, the facilities were amazing

clear instructions to login to wifi, in the room rather than at the elevator that was my only criticism cant fault anything
