i needed an early check in time and they worked with me and found a way to make it happen.

initially had a first floor room right next to pool, but the room smelled of cigarette, pillow was moldy, and lighting had spots of blood

alll the time usally at most nicer hotels they usally have people there and they told us that breakfast was served at 6 to 9 so we got up and come down at 6:15 there was no one at the front
