i got 2 rooms, one for myself and fiance and one for kids and there was hair in the beds, in the showers, on the towels, in the sinks

over charge for a room i didn’t have and no pool for kids this is the 2nd stay there and it’s always the pool is close due to it being

each other , i had procedure that was going to be next day of my booking he made possible to have early check in to be comfortable for my stay it was above and beyond customer service expectations
