we were accommodated for an early check in, as we were arriving for a 3pm

i paid extra for early check in (12 noon to 1 pm) no rooms available until 3 and there was only one room ready (+)only great thing about this trip was that i was able to do an early check in and decorate my nieces side of the room for her birthday

we arrived, the city was having water problems and i asked for bottled water for the kids and the gentleman at the desk tried to charge me for the bottles
