the staff were able to accommodate with my situation for early check in

the front desk girl was ok, but i asked for pool towels and she sent out the housekeeper, who only collected all the used pool towels and never

social distancing of only 10 people at a time was not practiced in the pool, there were about 20 kids and teens in the pool

i was even given the wifi password at front counter with them knowing there was no internet

breakfast was tremendous

fresh fruit, staff was welcoming, room available for early check in

the pool was close

the breakfast was great as well

there is no indoor pool access or work out/ gym facilities

i recommend providing some variety for breakfast as having the same every day is not enjoyable.

i asked for early check in and my room was ready at 2pm which i was very grateful

a lot of things broken . no room service housekeeping the whole time we were there

money was stolen from my room by one of the room service cleaners. $400 in cash

parking lot was big and i could see my car from my room which was nice

staff was congenial and very accommodating as we requested an early check in

visiting an ill friend and needed dinner at the hotel, i choose marriotts because of their hot breakfasts and restaurant but this one only had bar food

we took two steps into the hallway with our kids and immediately turned around and walked out

i explained that i will need to do an early check in after driving 12 hrs and was told that i would be able to check in early with out

i was in town for a wedding and called for three hours straight trying to see if a could get a early check in and the was no one to answer the phone so i had to go to the property

the breakfast items were fresh and of good quality

the shuttle was right on time in

only complaint was the restaurant and bar area of your staying on the side can be a little noisy in the evening

desk and they came immediately and moved us to a different room so impressed i also love the breakfast and the made to order eggs happy hour the

hotel bar food was average and location was too remote to eat elsewhere.

i was just disappointed that the pool wasn't opened due to covid 19 but otherwise nice

and when i got home, the stink was in all my clothes, dumped my whole suitcase right in the laundry, even the clean stuff and my jacket

the fact that there is no restaurant. at the very least, a bar menu would have worked for me.

the smell but i was ruling it had because it's carpet flooring and people go in and out the pool y the room had a sent but overall i loved it
