i was just disappointed that the pool wasn't opened due to covid 19 but otherwise nice

laundry facilities were out of order and very expensive

laundry didn't have coin exchange, checked out earlier than expected (job ended sooner) didn't

they have a bar that they stock great yet no dinner food but they do have a all you can eat breakfast but at 10

very accommodating and allowed us to have an early check in. very helpful.

i didn't like was that around this time lot's of sports activities was going and that the kids was running all over knocking on doors and playing on the elevator where people couldn't use

there was a lot of late night activity, with kids running up and down the hallway, lot of loud talking and doors slamming all night

have been coming to this location since 2004, it’s a safe place to stay and your kids can go swimming in the summer

stayed twice recently. allowed a late check out for no extra fee. clean and. nice

we were able to do an early check in with the impending weather

the swap meet in the morning made parking stressful

the lobby is a little bit odd with a pool in the middle, but we didn't mind

to town earlier than anticipated after being awake for over 24 hours and when i requested an early check in they quickly prepared a

no microwave in the room is awful especially when you get in room service food delivered and you have nothing to heat up except to go to 5th floor or downstairs

money was stolen from my room by one of the room service cleaners. $400 in cash
