friendly staff and i enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

the steakhouse was literally across the parking lot that made it nice and convenient

property was under renovations so it could have been a little cleaner and the parking was limited

the wasn’t a lot of breakfast choices for vegans and it wasn’t available for long enough.

i had asked for an early check in due to our surgery schedule and we were able to check in between 1 and 2

the dining and pool area was not kept well

was done the worker at the bistro was rude an the food had to be walked down a hall way from the kitchen

we purchased some food downstairs at the coffee bar and they had no utensils for us to use

tub was broken, looks like it had been broken for some time, the wives were real disappointed, pool was very refreshing

they were able to accommodate our early check in which we found very helpful

the breakfast was great and the hotel is in a perfect location.

the hotel bar is next level... amazing bartenders, atmosphere, drinks

there is a nice and clean laundry room on site and it really is pet friendly

we received early check in and late check out with no issues

didn't like that kids were allowed in the hot tub after dark

mini bar would not open even when the front desk tried to reset it and they sent a maintenance person to

no parking available when we checked in at 8pm, so we had to look for a paid lot 2-3 blocks away

everyone was so helpful, we needed an early check in and they really tried to work with us.

i had a great and refreshing dip in the pristine pool

the machines in the gym (very small) were outdated and 1 of them did not work at all
