we were there for a soccer tournament, the location was very close to the fields, we asked for early check in and was not a problem

in was wonderful, i was an hour early and the staff allowed me early check in with no problems

also, the pool in some of the pictures isn’t there any longer, as it appears that the original pool was

loved the fact that it had a kitchen.

our stay we had a medical incident at the pool and the staff could not have been more professional and made us feel safe and got the care we

room service; food was lukewarm; caesar salad was not good-lettuce was bitter and the dressing oily

had to buy food along with a drink at the bar i just wanted a drink and probably would have bought another one if i didn t have to buy food

not ideal to wait over an hour to get your food when you have hungry kids nor having to track down someone to provide said service

also shot out to melinda who handled our room service situation without question and went above and beyond to make sure it was resolved

we had was more like an efficiency apartment with a very well set up kitchenette that has the appliances, cookware, and utensils one needs to cook meals

shuttle doesn’t start till 7am and apparently you can only take it if you separately paid for

early check in, convienence, shuttle, employees!!

person who was taking care of the breakfast area was exceptionally kind when i asked for more towels

breakfast was available when we left at 5am in spite of signs saying it would not be served until 6

upon leaving we saw that the room was directly above the laundry that ran all night

my fiance suggests putting a hamper for dirty towels in the gym

they allowed an early check in which was more than appreciated because of early morning flights and allowed us to

very comfortable stay with shuttle to the airport

for a short visit, their airport shuttle service makes it convenient for anyone
