hot tub was not hot even though it said it was a hot tub. its just a small pool to cool off in.

also having a great bar and restaurant connected to it was amazing

half the gym equipment was broken

i was next to a staircase which was worse as it sounded like a herd of elephants when the kids were running up and down the stairs loading into the hotel at 11pm

the lady in the kitchen was so attentive to customers needs

even had a view of dies leading their fawns to their breakfast as we ate ours

early check in fee was one of the cheapest i’ve seen, the room was clean and after a couple hours

was allowed to check in early

they have a pool outside and they have a little lobby with snacks to buy from

loved the pool open 24hrs and also how they have a security at night watching it makes feel safe

went above and beyond to let us early check in and helped getting us a extra room for family members that showed up

starters in the campfire box & there being large piles of (what we assume were) dog poop in the pool area (the smell wafted towards the pool, guess someone didn’t pick up after their dogs)

the staff at check in and out and every, all encountered in the hallways and around the pool were friendly and helpful

weve had a hotel, they had a crib available for our use and any request was honored right away, early check in and late

it has a pool and the grill so we were able to enjoy our bbq and then swim there which was wonderful

for an early check in the front desk completely deleted my prior reservation and charged me 100 dollars

too far from river walk we dont know its our first time pool not open no complimentary tothbrush
