we were traveling for a funeral and they were able to give us an early check in, 12:30 vs 3:30 so we could change clothes and freshen up

the kids loved the pool being halfway in and halfway out and the large king sweet fit our family of 5 perfectly

breakfast was excellent, good coffee and a great selection

at their poorly lit pool house i saw a hot tub well labeled with red letters, but the water was just a little warm

com that the sofa bed be made up when we arrived, for the kids

we had hoped the hotel bar would have stayed open later than midnight.

the shuttle to the plaza was very convenient

“internet tv” didn’t work so my kids were t able to watch netflix

from early check in to checking out the staff was exceptional

the room service was nice, but make sure to ask for ketchup for potatoes, salt, and pepper

the room was great and i enjoyed spending some of the evening at the bar listening to live music

restaurant food was not good nor cooked correctly due to kitchen staffing not coming in, the mini bar pricing was written on crinkled paper

the hotel bar closed at 10 pm when you still had 6-8 people still drinking.
