from early check in to checking out the staff was exceptional

restaurant food was not good nor cooked correctly due to kitchen staffing not coming in, the mini bar pricing was written on crinkled paper

the room service doesn't come with basics like salt and pepper

was never told about shuttle service, left an old room service menu on my bed that was filled out by previous guest

to order room service you need to locate the menu in the tv then call the bar to order

we arrived earlier than expected but they were very accommodating and allowed an early check in

it was hard for my husband and i to really enjoy with so many loud and splashy kids both times we attempted to visit the pool

everything from valet to late night room service were amazing!

the gym is out of this world

it also has the best, well-equipped gym i have ever seen at a hotel

you can also get early check in for a small but convenient fee specially in the cold winter days

i didn't like when some of the customers was taken advantage of the young lady that was serving breakfast being really greedy but she controlled the situation by putting a small portions out for

stay here a lot, i usually need super early check in, and they have always accommodated those

dated hotel, dirty rooms, small spaces, nothing to do for kids, very very low water pressure, not suitable for girls with long hair

gave us an early check in and a late check out

the breakfast offered a complete variety of both hot and cold

everything was perfect except for indoor pool.

it was just a escape from home to watch the superbowl without the kids interrupting us
