a bit dated, short staffed poor woman behind the bar was running to cover many different duties

the staff were really friendly and accomodating making a fuss of both the kids and the dog

the large family room had a double and two singles and the kids liked their separate space

the atmosphere was very good with lots of customers in the bar and restaurant

and the breakfast was best i'd had in a long time

the man behind the bar really knows his stuff and recommended some amazing local gins
