pool and sauna were great

there was a pool and spa on the premises including a nautical themed restaurant

the spa was right next to our room and we could use the gym, pool, hot tub, and receive a massage pretty much any time we wanted

great facility: big gym, spa (book your treatment before you go), restaurant (like everywhere right now, they are short

they made us wait with two kids for an hour and finally moved us to a room inside that looked like the room we booked

small disappointment was that the bar in the main hotel closed at 9pm which was only just after we’d finished dinner - maybe open

is a very expensive resort to stay in and the quality of the restaurants and bar areas are not up to the price

we loved the outdoor spa pool too

there should be a grab bar in the shower stall- will certainly make seniors feel safer

we also had spa treatments and the facilities were wonderful and the services exceeded our expectations

room was on the second floor very close to the door across from the bar area

many kids and families staying here lends it a chaotic atmosphere

the rooms were quiet , bed super comfortable , outdoor pool and spa were fab

staff was very helpful and friendly, room was clean, the pool looked nice and clean and also the gym

clean, quiet, pool & spa were crystal clear, they had a covered bridge for pictures

breakfast was a bright room with a good selection

laundry machine broken so housekeeping / cleaners dried my washing

a coffee ☕️ bar other then a pot in room, had to go next door to gas station for coffee and it’s not open on

we had enough time to eat and have late check out at 1

air conditioner was too noisy. dining room and bar had a musty smell

i travel a lot in the winter and this is the first hotel i've stayed at that didn't have a small kitchen attached with someone attending to the coffee, food supply etc

and room was very clean and since we were in an extended vacation the offering of in hotel laundry was

good breakfast

adjacent to the hotel's parking lot are ev charging stations and a 24-hour state highway service station with fuel and hot and cold snacks

wonderful staff and the breakfast was delicious.

we enjoyed drinks and snacks in the outdoor bar area that has a slight view of the lake, but there's also a 2nd floor terrace/gathering space

each floor has its own coffee bar with cappuccino, lattes, americano coffees, teas, hot chocolate and several

location, staff, beds are comfortable, junioer, gym

the gym was good for our needs

it was also great they had coin-operated laundry machines available to wash her sheets for her dorm

indoor pool and hot tub were a nice plus

elegantly furnished hotel, the pool was a pleasure at the end of a hot day and friendly staff

restaurant and bar should stay open later.
