laundry machine broken so housekeeping / cleaners dried my washing

continental breakfast had everything we needed

the breakfast in the morning and the covered bridge on the property!

laundry facilities were also available

and could not find coffee at 6:30 am as i didnt want to wake up people in the room nor was they gym open, that's it that's my quibble

we had to wait over thirty minutes to be seated when there were tables in the bar area that could have been used

small disappointment was that the bar in the main hotel closed at 9pm which was only just after we’d finished dinner - maybe open

the lodge was the cleanest hotel i've stayed at. the pool was the cleanest i've swam in.

we loved the outdoor spa pool too

i understand pool hours are for safety but would have liked to go later at night passed 10.

was very clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, i did not use the pool or gym but it was great knowing they have them available, i would give this hotel 5 stars

breakfast bar was a disaster - ran out of coffee with no replacement offered and rude staff

beside shopping in town and getting a massage we filled our time with the indoor pool and outdoor hot tub while it was snowing

the access to pools, gyms, spa, and the stowe recreation path is definitely the highlight

there were 3 ski teams and kids everywhere

20 min walk from the university of vermont. i recommend the breakfast buffet.

in the tuck's restaurant there was one waitress and she was also doing room service

the gym and pool area were far better than a typical hotel.

we loved our server, kalani. what a rad dude - he made our night out without kids even better!

we enjoyed drinks and snacks in the outdoor bar area that has a slight view of the lake, but there's also a 2nd floor terrace/gathering space

food menu in the bar was rather limited - maybe offer some more healthy dishes

the concession stands on every floor is a fun and convenient perk, my kids loved the hot chocolate, the coffee could be

walking distance of many restaurants, church st, and echo science center so made it easy with the kids

we also ate a the bar for dinner

disappointed they don't have on site self service laundry .

swimming pool was rather small, and we did not use it at all

elegantly furnished hotel, the pool was a pleasure at the end of a hot day and friendly staff

friendly staff with a lovely bar in the lobby area

this kept me an my 3 kids up for awhile

didn't like that the bar and restaurant weren't open on sunday
