i couldn’t bring my drink from the bar to my room. y’all need to solve this minor issue.

traveling all day, i was very disappointed that the bar and restaurant were closed early for the evening

was a perfect blend of comfort and luxury, with a great view and wonderful amenities

the fitness room had more than we needed, the pool and hot tubs were the perfect temperature with a magnificent view of the mountains and sunset

i only put 3 stars for facilities because the pool and sauna were closed while we stayed due to renovations

there are 3 hot tubs and an indoor/outdoor pool with a slide that the kids really enjoyed

another things: restaurant, bar and gym close really early

additionally, the gym and spa are one of the best i've experienced

that the pool stays open so late and no kids after a certain time even though there was a kid in the pool at 1030 pm it was still

parking a little tight

could not connect to wifi and they seem to charge a lot for laundry!!

that the rules of no kids in the pool after 10pm were not enforced
