staff was friendly & very helpful; pool & hot tub great; hotel decor was lovely & room very luxe

i think the hotel is not improving the pool and gym facilities a bit.

the food from room service was mediocre at best.

the tv was broken, coffee pot was broken, room service was horrible food was cold, over cooked missing items, but worst issue was the hotel

small cozy bar with excellent thai food

we took a studio room and it had everything you could think of including laundry, a small kitchen, a balcony

our room was a suite consisting of a living room, kitchen area, bedroom and bath

some people might find the kitchenette too tiny and the fridge too small (hotel minibar size) if they want to do much cooking

complimentary breakfast was wonderful; staff more than helpful and pleasant

additionally, the gym and spa are one of the best i've experienced

pool opens early but i don't understand why the slide can't also open early or at least by 9 am

our kids had a blast in the pool and on the water slide.

the pool table on a saturday night was turned into an adult party told the stay at front that my kids could not use it because of

the spa and gym were nice although treatments were overpriced

breakfast was typical and sufficient

spacious rooms & bathrooms, great location, breakfast included & fireplace in room!

we stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and it was so spacious

breakfast was the least fav part. everything else was wonderful!

breakfast was free (nice surprise) and delicious

not to mention there's free wifi, you get a excellent breakfast in the morning, and there's a pool, hot tub and small gym

it is a heated outdoor pool with natural hot springs and the kids love playing in it

way the breakfast was handled by the cook or kitchen staff

wifi didn't work very well

rooms location was too far from the gym, pool and we had to carry our luggage up flights of stairs no

most everything. laundry facilities were great.

we enjoyed playing bags and ping pong in the outside area with our kids

also very family friendly with lots of things for kids to do and stretch their legs

the spa was great

hotel is magnificent and a glorious example of a classic property that was beautifully restored spa services were excellent and the staff was

very small and for adults only which was nice on july 4th weekend

more amenities, a restaurant or bar and an onsite staff.

i couldn’t bring my drink from the bar to my room. y’all need to solve this minor issue.

traveling all day, i was very disappointed that the bar and restaurant were closed early for the evening

side utv on the mountain trails and were able to unload the trailer and park in front of the teller hotel
