the ocean view from our room was fantastic, although i wouldn't have minded a view of the pool (also great) (-)wish there were more sunbeds at the pool (+) the hotel has many amenities from the restaurant and bar on-site, tennis court, jacuzzi, pool, spa service, wi-fi, (+)views, clean property, beautiful landscaping, clean pool, close enough for a walk into town and entertainment (+) i am talking rainforest jungle of a garden, relaxing pool overlooking the ocean, snorkeling area and meditation spot, amazing staff (marlene, elisa, (+)i do wish there was a wall in between each persons balcony as opposed to a locked door) the pool and jacuzzi was nice as well as the views and location close to the beach (+)the view, breakfast, pool, restaurant, room! (+) enjoyed the pool and hot tub (-)no extra pool towel was given (+)enjoyed the views,restaurant,room,pool,staff and the owner was very caring and catered to all the guests needs

stayed in e13 so my reply has nothing to do with the other units old tatty furniture kitchen very basic not much utensils mold around the sink mold on bathroom window air conditioned

and if you can, get a massage with desaray at the renova spa on the property

facilities had many different activities - i used the gym, water park and beach

the night time activities were great, and there was something to do for everyone (we were with kids ranging from 1-17)

the opening hrs for the water park should be earlier
