i love the staff energy and really enjoyed the spa and the ocean

restaurants and food choices, the nightly entertainments, the pools were awesome, and having a gym while on vacation is also very convenient

the opening hrs for the water park should be earlier

the resort offered plenty of pool and bar areas and has done a nice job with their covid-19 measures

stayed in e13 so my reply has nothing to do with the other units old tatty furniture kitchen very basic not much utensils mold around the sink mold on bathroom window air conditioned

i really also appreciated the work of the laundry service

stay was short however we enjoy the poolside bar and the food for lunch and dinner was appitising

as always was exceptional, the piano bar just so peaceful

i loved the freshly cooked breakfast and different selections as well fresh juice

the breakfast was perfect. it was a rich culinary experience for both my wife and i.

wifi connection was extremely unstable and barely worked

i was disappointed that items on the breakfast menu were not available, i

wifi was spotty

i totally enjoyed the breakfast they served and the service was excellent

swimming pool did not seem to me clean enough and it lacks areas in the shadow

the bar has good strong drinks and amazing food in large portions

we has a very simple breakfast the next morning at the hotel before being picked up by family

one grave complaint was that my companion wasn’t able to get what was promised during breakfast time

a low budget hotel but it was very clean, good a/c, complimentary breakfast (jamaican & american)

disappointed that the spa was not available due to works

room service charge is high, considering what the locals are paid the costs charged do not reflect

quality was great. bees were a surprise but did room service.

staff, stayed 2 nights and realised we only booked breakfast for the first night, reception was closed so we figured wed just get the same breakfast

also the room service people are friendly, we had a michelle most of the days and she was fabulous and such

did not like that the iron in the room was not working properly also the spa was short staffed so we did not get to do any of the services

breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet style.

the breakfast area just needed to be cleaned more often after guest dine.

the jamaican breakfast was the best, but too heavy to have every morning, but you could have something else like

the only down side was that the hotel does need a little updating and they have a pool but its not in use

the pool didn't look swim-able. not sure what was up with the water, it was very cloudy.
