the customer service was excellent as we arrived after the hotel's restaurent and bar had closed (and with an infant in tow) and they created us a creative spread that allowed us to (+) you can walk everywhere - shops, a couple of bars, restaurants - and hillsborough has a genuinely warm small-town vibe (+) nice bar an restaurant

wish swimming pool was open when i went.

location was center to everything however there is a bar onsight that required police presence all weekend

need an area outside of the pool area since it closes at 8pm' you need to extend the pool hours to 11pm

the included breakfast is actually better than most hotel breakfasts that i’ve tried

also, we paid for the spa tub room, and were told it didn’t work after i was in it (my partner called down after the

hot tea/coffee 24 hours! fresh cookies, beautiful pool...

being able to use the pool since check in at 3 pm
