the bus depot nearby can be an issue for families with young kids given that some arguing and disturbance were seen- this is more of a providence problem and

no parking onsite nor any favorable parking arrangement w next door garage. gym is very basic

we went to bring our kids to the park which was only steps away to encounter one junkie after another
