a little better at cleaning the beach and pool areas since some people leave their trash and cigarette butts everywhere

in the room, launderette is hard to find and only one machine operational at the time, kids care was closed at the time as the staff running it was

i loved the pool with bar and the waitress there was top tier

keeping (i can t remember her name but she was a life saver always helping us from 512 lol), room service everyone was soooooo nice and helpful (+) room service was always fast, food always good, and staff always helpful (+) full menu for room service included which was nice on check out day to have breakfast delivered (-)bed was a little hard in my opinion. room service menu a little limited. (-)to have 24 hour room service, but for 2 consecutive nights had no desserts despite it being on the room menu (+) buffet or room service (+)24hr room service (+) the food is pretty good, room service surprisingly good (+)loved the azul restaurant and i loved the room service and the poolside grill (+)the fact they have a 24hr room service and the adult only was a separate building/area/

food was amazing. adults only side restaurants felt like 5 star experiences for every meal.
