a little better at cleaning the beach and pool areas since some people leave their trash and cigarette butts everywhere

(-)to have 24 hour room service, but for 2 consecutive nights had no desserts despite it being on the room menu (+) buffet or room service (+)24hr room service (+) the food is pretty good, room service surprisingly good (+)loved the azul restaurant and i loved the room service and the poolside grill (+)the fact they have a 24hr room service and the adult only was a separate building/area/

food was amazing. adults only side restaurants felt like 5 star experiences for every meal.
