swimming pool was not open .. 2 times in a row

too many kids running up and down the hall all night and early morning making significant noise

loved that every day there was different options for breakfast

breakfast was adequate, good coffee. kureg and n the room.

booked this hotel specifically for the pool as it was our last little summer hoorah and so the kids were devastated

kids hockey team staying same night kids running around all night very disturbing

is no kind of price adjustment on a nights stay when you don’t get ur room cleaned, no pool, bar or bistro open due to covid

we didn't have the chance to test the pool and gym, but they seemed great and pleasant

staff were very welcoming, offered to help us with our luggage, to assist us with getting us breakfast if we needed it after 8:00 am

was a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway, & the pool & hot tub were closed

elevators not working,pool was closed,rear door at rear of motel did not lock.

there was a hockey tournament in the area, so during the evening, the kids from the team were running up and down the halls

the most part we enjoyed our stay, the late check out was a bonus except when our key timed out and we couldn't get in our room, there

hot breakfast was amazing. for ihg members we were granted late check out up to 2pm.

were traveling in an electric vehicle, and it was very convenient that the hotel had parking with ev chargers
