beautifully furnished rooms and great bar serving lovely food good for watching football

at rue and kirk welcomed us and seated is at our table in the bar, decided to stay here based on friendliness of staff, was welcomed by kirk again at check in

unfortunately the sports bar was undergoing renovations during my visit, but good to see there is constant improvement going

the bar area is nice and open but cosy

it has a fantastic bar and restaurant serving excellent food

the hotel has a restaurant and bar so we were able to have dinner and breakfast from there

the on site bar was great

the public bar 'next door' was excellent

not much to do for kids locally, have to travel into town to do more things.

in poor condition room 211, funny smell in room, no bedside tables, no room service in 3 days, even though sign left on door handle

the wifi wasn t the best and been woken up at 4 with a bird sing it heart out outside

price of the food and drinks in the bar were very good, in fact bar drink prices amongst cheapest in the area

the staff was extremely welcoming whether at the reception, or ar the restaurant or at breakfast

room was beautiful,

we didn't get to use the pool and spa this time but we will be back and will use it then

very disappointed that the bar restaurant was so busy and had a waiting list , tried to see if room service would have been quicker but was told no

excellent food both in bar and for breakfast

lovely to myself & family , extremely helpful , i'm pretty sure she mentioned she has young kids

gym was small for the size of the holel and lacking up to date equipment

get a lot of use of it and steam room not in action not a major problem as we were there for golf

exceptional we immediately booked to return in november with our kids

the leisure facilities were really beautiful and the golf courses are terrific & so well

no room service after 21:30.

staff were brilliant, gave me an early check in and looked after me the whole stay, can't recommend them highly

had bad weather so the lack of leisure facilities or swimming pool made it difficult to entertain kids

the breakfast was one of the best i've had

loads of ev chargers which was unexpected and very welcome

room was over the kitchen and there was a constant air con/ machine noise 24 hours which disrupted my sleep

massage, pool etc.

parking spaces a bit tight.

loved all the leisure facilities, gym, pool, sauna, steamroom, jacuzzi etc

perhaps the pool could have been a little bigger.

they had a bar of real soap in the bathroom so i could generate a lather for shaving
