the staff were nice, the rooms are exceptionally clean, and the room service from heritage restaurant was one of the best meals i've ever had

rooftop bar open late (at least during our stay) and nice restaurant (+) the rooftop bar was the perfect way to send the day (+) roof-top bar was wonderful with an amazing menu of craft cocktails (+) the bed was comfortable to sleep on and the mini bar in the room was beyond impressive, since they had full/medium size bottles of liquor that (+) the roof top bar with very fair prices

loved the fact that it was a late check out time at 12pm i was able to get much needed rest and not have to leave so

bars, restaurants, and spa prices were way too expensive for what you get

due to covid the pool had limited capacity but thatâ ? ? s not on the hotel they were wonderful

just that we were unable to use our key card for the pool area

third, one of the pools was closed off, so not much of the advertised water park

car got smashed in the parking lot - wasn t offered anything by the hotel for our inconvenience

only see a wall and far away from my other family member, and i know they lie to us, because the parking was so empty hardly have car on the parking, it was less than 10 care with big hotel

the person that stay en the hotel have to pay parking that it not correct i don like
