pool was fun and clean

it was wonderful, restaurants , gym shops all in one spot

parking right across the street

to the ends, our view not so great, but very close to beach, being off season more than adequate parking close to entrance

space, kitchen, accessible shower

great location and of course the kids loved the pool

tv needs to have a cartoon channel for kids as i have a 7 year old

that you could hear in the hallway and how loud the kids were.

good value, clean, the kitchen was nice too. loved the balcony

pool and bar area is beautiful at night.

i especially appreciated the kindness of the receptionist to allow late check out when i mentioned that my husband had been admitted to shore medical center during

the pool need maintenance, but not bad.

from our initial greeting at the front desk to the breakfast girl to the girl cleaning our rooms, the staff were super friendly

food service when the bar next door was bumping, parked boat to check-in ,which was very cool

breakfast was provided by the cafe at the corner, which was excellent

the breakfast and and the afternoon snacks and drinks provided made it feel so personal

breakfast was included at a cafe two doors down, and it was outstanding

else was wonderful the breakfast was delicious & we looked forward to the wine & cheese each

and his wife could not do enough for you, breakfast brought to our room and did i mention that breakfast is outstanding

cleanliness, breakfast, location.

the pool was open but sadly the weather was a little chilly for us but but my son was ready to go in

aside from the duvet as mentioned, the sticky carpet, and a rust stain coming from the handle bar in the shower

value, friendly staff, easy check in/check out (via app), breakfast options

and also the pool was not opened because of the virus

pool was a bit murkey. bed was a bit too soft for me.

towels were always plenty, everything was available in the kitchen, the suite was absolutely clean

we loved the breakfast buffet. had a blast in the pool.

and having a kitchen was a great bonus

the bed was not isolated from the small living area/ kitchen by any real barrier

i liked the rooms , pool and the location

i mixed up the check in/check out times, and they offered to get us an early check in and they apologized

and i believe it said 12 or so miles from ac so pretty convenient, staff was helpful and nice, pool was good size & clean, rooms were clean as well and comfy

miss the pool and free breakfast due to covid

the fitness room was open saturday morning and i went down, but the equipment although plugged in,

i think they should bring the shuttle back.to go back over to the casino

desk wouldn't speak to the parents of rowdy kids who were running up and down the hall at 1am and waking many guests

the people who were wind surfing made it difficult for kids to play in the water, for fear of them crashing into the kids

i walked around the lobby and finally went to the staff laundry room

good breakfast and pretty much everything was quite clean

bed was so comfy room was very clean location to the casinos were perfect.

2-3 miles from the casinos and the convention center

extensive knowledge of their pos system and helped me reach a price with my budget with a paid early check in so i could finally get some rest

very comfortable for sleeping. enjoyed the complimentary shuttle to a.c. casinos.

missed the breakfast because of staying out too late at the casino

the wifi speed on the internet was so slow i couldn't do.my business requirements for work.

were told we have free wifi, but i usually, did not manage to connect with my laptop

in a casino-resort, i had to walk a lot to get to and from my room

would have had more fun if we won at the casino

a casino hotel, i can't find any shortcoming for the facilities in the hotel, it's a luxury room

the spa was close before 10pm.

unlike casino hotels, the pace was more

guess it was a bit annoying that the bar closed quite early one night

comfortable i love the fact that is pet friendly quiet need a pool and spa close to outlets

atlantic city boardwalk has never had a problem with lawless gangs of spoiled kids like other shore towns

i tried to order coffee in the morning for over an hour and got no answer at room service :

the 24 hr gym having late night access to the pool and definitely the rooftop bar

brook in the rooftop bar was one of the most helpful and cool guys i ve met

wish the vue bar stayed open longer.

the only really rainy day of our trip the pool was closed for maintenance also the restaurant prices were a little

in the gym, some guests broke 2 machines and the gym was closed for 3 days (until i left) for safety and

glad my kids weren't with me and my wife or we would gotten another hotel

people staying in the hotel did not respect letting the kids running around and for breakfast same people carrying the breakfast to the rooms spilling milk

we loved the waffles and breakfast and how clean and comfortable the hotel is

like that there was a small pool and a small work-out gym with equipment

breakfast was delicious and room service also met our needs

the fitness room/pool was on the first level near the front desk which i appreciated

i went to the front seat and asked the lady if we could do a late check out

not a 16 oz bottle an 8 oz bottle the size of those little hugs drinks for kids

all the charges for room service. so, we didn t order anything.

loved the variety of foods, very healthy and also hearty choices :-) hotel gym was one of the best i ve been at, overlooking the ocean

our favorite was the indoor pool, which we enjoyed every morning

good size room, nice with the pool and gym. good beds and cleanliness

also wish the shower had frosted glass all the way around for privacy when kids have to use bathroom in an emergency:

my husband and i was impress with the casinos and the man games

did not like that the pool close at 7 o clock

if i had more time i would and used the gym and pool

pool was very nice and heated and offered nice hot tubs

the indoor/outdoor pool is awesome; kids loved the pool table there too

some of the bathrooms in the casino were really nasty.

steam and sauna should be included in the gym and won’t charge etc for using steam and sauna
