i was is appointmented that cereal was not an option for breakfast

there is an on site laundry room on the 2nd floor, but no change machine

i was also upset because in order to use the laundry facilities, we were told to put our dollar bills into the vending machine and press

nothing to mention hopefully, gym will reopen after covid. it looked nice.

to the front desk and was told to call the local police because he doesn't have access to the laundry room

had room next to maid/laundry room. a bit too noisy too early.

about the breakfast was amazing… the location, the food was plentiful and delicious

the pool area was a little too hot and the chlorine messed up my bottoms.

they had a peleton bike and other equipment in the gym, which was very clean

glad my kids weren't with me and my wife or we would gotten another hotel

compared to the casinos/hotels closer to the boardwalk was good

i was a bit nervous in staying at this location but when we arrived it was close to the mall and casinos

kids loved it we had a great time

need update to pool. no freezer, blender or dvd player in room. need exhaust fan in bathroom

they had little control over the noise (yelling), running, and gymnastics going on in the lobby and hallways

gym, indoor pool, entourage, landscape.

however, we also had 2 kids with us so swim and rec room access seemed appealing

my daughter enjoyed the nature trail loop, and my son loved the gym and recreation room

are so thin, and kids were running around and making lots of noise after 10pm and staff didn't do anything

i would have liked to have an exercise bike in the gym.

warm cookies upon arrival, use of a laundry on premisses, bed, shower and breakfast

location, the shower was a great size. staff nice and welcoming, breakfast good.

they ran out of towels but gave us gym towels

there was a separate charge for the parking, the swimming pool, even for the buffet breakfast

no fridge or microwave in the room. however, there is a microwave in the breakfast/lunch area.

would have been nice if the indoor pool was heated.

we liked the room/suite. perfect size for the 4 of us plus liked having a table and kitchen

issue we were not have ice cubes for when we needed them we had to go all the way downstairs to a bar and get cups of ice cubes we could not drink the water either to brush our teeth we had to use

you can still smoke in the casinos and that smell stays everywhere.

i basically stayed in my room the whole time, i ordered room service frequently

house was very comfy with incredibly comfortable bedding and the gym on site is top notch

the house had nice ambiance, liked the water fountain and the a nice kitchen area

you also get access to a gym and spa, but my wife and i didn't utilize those so we can't speak on them

it was well equipped with kitchen supplies

for the price of a moderately priced hotel you're getting a small house to yourself with a full kitchen + washer and dryer

the location was central to the outlet stores and casinos.

and a little off the beaten path but close enough to walk to the casinos

5 was a little disappointing because its not next to the casinos so when you arrive and park at the casinos they charge $10 to $15 also

loved the location,right next to the convention center,the gym was awesome,and the outlets were right around the corner

the people in the next room let there kids run and play up and down the hallway at 8:00 am

a casino hotel, i can't find any shortcoming for the facilities in the hotel, it's a luxury room

in a casino-resort, i had to walk a lot to get to and from my room

would have had more fun if we won at the casino

listing said the room would have a spa tub and it didn't, bathroom needs updating.

we loved the casino, the digital golf bar (especially the great pool tables), our room, and the open layout of the whole building

steam and sauna should be included in the gym and won’t charge etc for using steam and sauna

needs an arcade and more kids activities

the bathroom in the lobby had doors that didn’t lock properly and one had a huge bar swinging off it

the staff was more than friendly & helped with suggestions for dining & things to do with kids

also the gym helped me out alot very nice gym
