pool not open / no spa

breakfast was later than we would have liked and the coffee in the lobby wasn't delicious

we liked having choices for breakfast. we could have a sack

beds, large room with high ceilings, free breakfast, and always available coffee/water/cookies in the lobby

covid19 closed and cancelled many facilities and provisions. no breakfast, no exercise room,etc.

liked the fact that our room was an end room and on the bottom floor closest to the pool and the fact that i can go in and out of my room without being harassed

hotel is very upkept nicely with the exception of the pool other than that great experience and i would definitely stay

she went out of her way to help us park a giant truck and trailer

not being able to access the swimming pool and spa prices should go down since people cannot enjoy all the amenities due to covid

in room was great (big fridge, microwave, dish washer, stove); free laundry washing machine and dryer; cookie for free in the

large clean room with huge refrigerator and ability to cook in the kitchen if you wanted to.

place was clean and quiet. use of laundry.

loved the separate room for my wife and i to sleep separate from the kids

and even tho there is a rule of no one under the age of 16 allowed in the hot tub it was full of kids and staff did nothing after several

sports club that was connected via the 2nd floor was excellent, better than any gym i've been in and having a separate adult pool allowed for serious swimming and a play pool for

having the shuttle rooms had fridge right alongside huge 5 lane motor way, but no road noise when window

place was awesome, they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom/2 bath suite with full kitchen and living room

breakfast was overpriced for the quality. bar only opens at 5pm. elevators were slow.

sanitize the general manager is totally insensitive to any problems you may have regarding your kids in the rooms a painting fell off the wall almost hit my daughter in the head while she was
