don't advertise that you have a bar and restaurant if you don't

d right off of a bar and dining area

it was old. i booked it for the dining room and bar and they were closed

i found a snicker bar next to air conditioner, smudges on mirror and broken tiny pieces of glass outside bathroom

breakfast bar was very nice. waffle bar, fresh orange juice.

wish there was some sausage to go with the eggs on the breakfast bar

had a room next to ice machine, laundry and elevator …

the ice machines and half the laundry machines said out of order

they always had a sign saying they were in the laundry room (again, not that many people were there)

and that was so nice especially in today's age where every hotel i go to chooses to close their pool/hot tubs for 'maintenance' when in reality we can tell they just don't want to maintain them

the kids could not get enough of the pool

location was great, breakfast was not so good, skipped it all packaged food

walking distance to any place you want to eat…but -don’t need to go far because the in-hotel bar and restaurant has great food and an amazing bartender abbie, who is a treasure of geneva

wasnt trecking 2 families with little kids over to another hotel to use their pool

very small pool not functional on our stay.

located on the lake. bar and restaurant in the hotel so we didn’t have to drive anywhere.

toilets, small beds, pool didn’t seem real clean and the bottom of the pool was rough on feet

with a fully booked hotel one person working the desk and also doing the laundry

breakfast was nice, including the automatic pancake machine.

manager was so helpful when i made a room mistake and accommodated early check in

laundry didn’t take money - had to get the app & pay on app

loved that there was a gym and plenty of places to store stuff in the room.

not to mention they left the floors soaking wet from being in the pool and coming into the leisure area
