food was delicious both at the restaurant and breakfast

bar and restaurant staff are customer focused, food quality and presentation excellent and

the young bar man was very accommodating

was lovely with old pictures we would have liked if there was a little entertainment in the bar at night

needs sky sports in the bar it doesnt have to be on loud

swimming pool or kids room but don’t think that can be helped

bar food was amazing and staff were so so friendly

evening meals were very good but again found it expensive,€91 for 2adults and1 kids meal

over time that room service was available until

of the bar staff was a little rude but others went above and beyond so it made up for the

big spacious room for 3 kids and 2 adults easy access to parking and central to town and

above or near a pub before i booked so i knew there would be some noise, i was travelling with kids but it wasn’t a problem, it was closed when it was supposed to be, it was cool

i used the pool,steam room and jacuzzi,there is a gym but preferred to go for a gentle walk around the grounds

feels like a couples retreat which was good as we were away from the kids

they have an express laundry service - totally worth it for someone who doesn't want to spend hours in a laundromat

a 2 star would be sub standard parts of it is just the decor & well worn setting in the front bar however the rooms are of a 4 star quality ( brand new refurbished) there is alot to

perfect location as visiting family - bar food great too. would definitely stay again.
