central location, parking at rear, lift access, nice dinner & breakfast

times at the bar on monday evening resulting in us only having one drink there and then going out

bar not open, only had bistro bar open. food choices are very limited for evening meals.

would have liked to see the bar beside reception open.

some bar staff down below were not very pleasant but not applicable to the apartments

perfect location over a lovely bar and plenty of room and very clean. good value for money.

above or near a pub before i booked so i knew there would be some noise, i was travelling with kids but it wasn’t a problem, it was closed when it was supposed to be, it was cool

big spacious room for 3 kids and 2 adults easy access to parking and central to town and

bar food was amazing and staff were so so friendly

maybe a smaller separate bar area for after dinner drinks.

food was delicious,kids loved ice creams and pina colada was delicious

one night stay here - staff were all very helpful & friendly, room was lovely with comfy bed and wifi, great shower facilities

walking area next to the castle ~ the lovely drawing room for an evening cocktail ~ an incredible breakfast ~ amazing views from my room suite and the pool and steam room were magical

we especially loved the swimming pool and hot tub

booked the bar for dinner and got a private room for dinner, couldn't believe it

the spa had some black stuff floating in it which was a bit of a dampener for us.

receptionist was really unpleasant did not give us any help or options she suggested one of my kids sleep in with a member of our group in their double room

made use of well equipped gym, spa , and 4 trips to pool my daughter loved it said it was the best pool ever

the rooms were lovely , the pool area and gym are very good.

had a family suite great space 2 rooms .. comfy beds. fab breakfast and great bar food

. no changing rooms to use when using the pool. bath robes even would have made it better.

the hotel grounds are beautiful and the entertainment for the kids was very good

of a bank holiday i was woken at 8am by hotel staff vacuuming outside the door and knocking for room service at 9am

the room was terrific as was the bar area and lounges. had a terrific feeling. very christmassy

booking had been confirmed with a late check out for our three rooms

liked the gym but could be doing with a softer bench for weight training

we were very disappointed to see that the bar menu was the same as the restaurant menu and the room service menu was the same as the other two menus
