sauna, steam room and rec pool was disappointing

there was people/kids screaming in the hallways and cars in the parking lot playing loud music

the water in the kitchen and both bathrooms had to be turned on way before it was time to do whatever you needed the

my family enjoy the water park

though it was nice for kids, i certainly don't think it was worth $70 for a family of 4

was a picnic table out by the pool entrance that my family used on a few occasions during our stay and it had nail heads sticking

unless a traveler is aware that you must proceed thru several parking lots to gain access to the front door, you will be frustrated trying to even get close to

ordered room service and it was horrible. you didn't have a microwave in the room.

everything else was nice, but the water stains above the kitchen was hard to not look at
