the valet parking reception to the restaurant, wait, and management staff our experience was exceptional

needs more activities - the pool was empty, likely because they don’t have any activities or kids clubs available to resort guests

as we were check-in , the the person was slightly rude and didn't even checked if we have free breakfast so if i didn't point this out we would have to pay for it twice , but it's only one and
